Omni has hotels and resorts in more than 50 locations across North America. If you’re staying at an Omni property for work, the first step is to check whether your employer or organization has a negotiated Omni rate.
Omni corporate codes are not public coupons. They are typically tied to a specific organization’s agreement, and properties may verify eligibility at check-in. In this guide, I’ll show you where to enter an Omni corporate code, what to expect from corporate rates, and what to do if you don’t have an approved code.
Start Here: Which Omni Rate Should You Book?
You don’t have a verified corporate code: Skip the corporate table and use the Omni Select Partner Program section below for added benefits at standard rates.
You have an Omni corporate code from your employer or travel program: Use that code and be prepared to verify eligibility if requested at check-in.
You’re traveling to a client/vendor site: Ask the organizer (or your internal travel team) whether there is an approved booking method or corporate rate for that trip.
Omni Corporate Code List
Below are examples of Omni corporate codes associated with negotiated programs. Use these only if your employer or organization has explicitly confirmed you are eligible to book under that agreement. If you’re unsure, check with your HR or travel department for the correct code or booking link.

How to Book a Corporate Rate
The simplest way to book a negotiated Omni rate is to use the dedicated booking link provided by your employer or travel program (or one of the links in the table above if it matches your organization). These links typically pre-fill the corporate rate details.
If you’re entering a code manually, go to Omni’s booking page, enter your destination and dates, open Special Rates, and enter the code in the Corporate Code field. Always review the rate details before you book, and plan to bring any required proof of eligibility in case the property requests it at check-in.

Rate details
Each corporate rate is negotiated separately. Most Omni corporate rates primarily reduce the nightly room price, while some agreements may include additional terms (for example, more flexible cancellation rules). Benefits such as breakfast, parking, Wi-Fi, or transportation are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the rate rules for your booking.

Other Hotel Groups with Corporate Rates
If your company does not have a corporate rate with Omni, they may have one at one of the other major hotel chains, including Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, or IHG. If you are in a smaller market and on a tighter budget check out smaller chains like Drury Hotels who also offer a few corporate codes.
Only book a corporate rate if you’re authorized under that organization’s agreement. If eligibility can’t be verified, the property may reprice the reservation to a public rate or ask you to rebook.
Omni Select Partner Program
If you don’t have a verified Omni corporate code, the Omni Select Partner Program is the cleanest alternative for adding value to your stay. Select Partner bookings can include benefits like priority for room upgrades, complimentary breakfast at select properties, and property credits—while still booking a standard public rate.
A corporate code may reduce the nightly rate more on some dates, but Select Partner can deliver better overall value when you factor in breakfast and credits—especially on leisure stays or higher-end properties.
