Drury Hotels is a family-owned chain of around 150 mid-scale hotels across 30 states, mostly in the Midwest and South. Unlike Marriott, Hilton, and IHG, Drury keeps its corporate discount program deliberately small. Most partnerships are with companies and universities near Drury’s operating footprint, so the public list is short—but the codes that do exist tend to get you 5-20% off.
Every code below is confirmed by a primary source: either Drury’s own partner page or the partnering organization’s travel or HR page. If you work somewhere that isn’t listed here, ask your travel team. Drury negotiates one company at a time, and many codes sit behind employee login walls.
Drury Hotels Corporate Codes
Here are the corporate and travel partner codes verified through Drury’s own partner pages. One thing worth knowing: Drury’s employer corporate codes almost always start with “NGX” (like NGXABC, NGXAMN, NGXNST). If someone hands you a Drury “corporate code” that doesn’t follow that format, it’s probably a university or visitor code instead.
As you will see, there are not many companies that have negotiated rates with Drury. This is most likely due to a smaller hotel footprint, a lack of a strong loyalty program, and lower brand awareness than Marriott, IHG, and Hilton.

Drury University Discounts
Drury has a lot of college-town locations, and many universities have negotiated chainwide corporate rates for their faculty, staff, and students. The codes below are all verified through Drury’s partner page, the university’s travel office, or an official university HR document.
| University | Drury Corporate Code | Booking Link |
|---|---|---|
| Washington University | 307236 | Book Here |
| University of North Texas | 332547 | Book Here |
| Missouri State University | MSU | Book Here |
| Southern Illinois University | 315018 | Book Here |
| UT San Antonio | 332473 | Book Here |
A few things worth knowing about the university codes.
Washington University’s rate is the best of the bunch—17% off chain-wide with code 307236, confirmed on Drury’s own Washington University partner page. This one is typically used by visitors to the Danforth Campus and Medical Campus in St. Louis, but the discount applies at all 150+ Drury locations nationwide.
Purdue’s a different situation. They publicly confirm a 15% chain-wide discount, but they keep the actual booking code behind an employee login wall. If you’re a Purdue employee, your code is on Purdue’s internal travel page—I’m not publishing one here because the versions on aggregator sites don’t match what Purdue shares with employees.
The UT San Antonio code (332473) is technically branded for “UTSA Roadrunner Fans” rather than employees—it’s for people traveling to San Antonio for UTSA events. It gets you a discounted rate at the Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio near La Cantera Parkway and the Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk.
How to Book a Corporate Rate with Drury
The easiest way to book with a corporate discount is to click on one of the links in the table above. This will take you directly to that company’s booking page.
The other way is to go to the Drury Hotels booking page, enter your location and travel dates, click on the special rates field, and enter your code in the corporate code box.
One thing to keep in mind: corporate rates usually can’t be combined with other promotions or discounts, so if you’re also a Drury Rewards member, compare the corporate rate against the member rate and whatever promo code Drury is running at the time (like HAPPY for spring stays or WARM for fall road trips). Sometimes the public promo beats the corporate rate.
Drury Rewards member rates are often one of the best options anyway.

What Drury Corporate Rates Actually Include
Each corporate rate is negotiated separately, so the specifics vary. At a minimum, you get the discounted room rate. Some partnerships include additional perks, such as flexible cancellation policies, though Drury’s standard amenities already cover a lot—free hot breakfast, free evening snacks and drinks at 5:30 Kickback®, free Wi-Fi, free parking at most locations, and free long-distance calls.
That last point matters more than it sounds. Most Drury rates already include $30-50 worth of free food, drinks, and Wi-Fi per night, so a 10-17% corporate discount on top of that is often a better real-world value than a comparable Hilton Garden Inn or Hampton Inn rate that charges separately for breakfast.
Why You Won’t Find Drury Codes for Deloitte, PwC, or the Big Four
Drury simply doesn’t have the footprint for it. Consulting firms negotiate corporate rates with hotel chains that have coverage in every major business market worldwide—Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt. Drury has maybe a couple of properties in most of those markets, and in many major cities (Chicago, Boston, Seattle, Miami) they have zero hotels.
That’s why Drury’s corporate partnerships skew toward companies headquartered in Drury’s operating footprint (Nestlé Purina PetCare, AMN Healthcare) and regional organizations rather than the global consulting and finance firms. If your company is on that list, great. If not, you’re better off using a Marriott corporate code, Hilton corporate code, IHG corporate code, or Hyatt corporate code at a chain with broader coverage.
When a Drury Corporate Code Isn’t the Right Move
Drury rate discounts are modest (typically 5-15%), and Drury runs seasonal public promo codes a few times a year that can beat most corporate rates. HAPPY runs in spring (up to 15% off), RELAX in fall/winter (up to 20% at select hotels, up to 10% elsewhere), and WARM covers fall road trips (up to 10%). If your travel dates align with one of these public promos, check it first.
Drury Rewards member-only rates are also worth comparing. You’ll often see them running 5-10% below the best available rate, and you earn points (10 points per dollar spent on the room) on top of the discount. Corporate codes typically don’t earn points on the discounted portion of the rate.
Frequently Asked Questions
Some do, some don’t. Drury’s own Drury Rewards terms state that “certain contracted rates” and “travel agency discount rates” don’t earn points. Employee rates explicitly don’t earn points. Whether a specific corporate code earns points depends on how that contract was structured, so check your confirmation email for the rate category or ask at check-in.
In most cases, yes. The universities I looked at (Purdue, Washington University, Missouri State, UNT) all specifically note that their Drury discount applies to both business and personal use. Corporate employer codes (AMN, Nestlé) typically have similar policies, though your HR department may have restrictions for business travel. ABC Global Services is the exception—that code is for travel advisors booking for clients, not personal use.
For most corporate codes, no ID is required. The exceptions are SALUTE (military/first responder ID), SENR (ID showing you’re 62+), Florida Resident Rate (Florida ID), and government rates (government ID and tax-exempt documentation if applicable).
Drury’s public corporate code list is genuinely small. If you work somewhere not listed above, ask your travel office or HR—many universities and companies have negotiated codes that are only shared internally. The BizTrip program is Drury’s main corporate booking platform, and many employers enroll there without publicizing their specific code.
Other Hotel Groups with Corporate Rates
If your company doesn’t have a Drury partnership (most don’t), they likely have one at one of the major chains. Drury’s 150 hotels concentrate in secondary markets and college towns, so for business travel to most primary markets you’ll have more options at Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, or IHG.
Just remember: you need to be authorized to use these rates. Using a corporate code you’re not eligible for can cause issues at check-in and, in the worst case, result in being charged the full rack rate after you’ve already committed to a stay.
