You are now ready to book your flight and pay for your ticket. The only thing left to do is to make sure to bring a valid student ID with you to the airport to prove that you are, in fact, a student.

Are you Eligible?

Emirates student flight discount is only available for full-time students between 16 to 31 years old at the time of the outbound travel date.

When you go to the airport and check in to board your flight, Emirates requires you to present the following:

• A school acceptance letter

If you cannot provide valid student identification when you go to the airport to check in, you won’t be able to get the student discount and its benefits. You will be issued a new ticket at the cost of the applicable fare on the day of departure.

International Student Identity Card

The ISIC or International Student Identity Card is a card issued by the ISIC Association and endorsed by the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). Anyone can avail of an ISIC card—as long as you are a student. With an ISIC card, students can access various discounts for products and services worldwide. Several airlines around the world have partnered with ISIC to give students discounts, and Emirates is one of them.

If you have an International Student Identity Card (ISIC), you can get exclusive airfare deals across over 140 travel destinations. You’ll get up to a 10% discount on Saver, Flex, Flex Plus Economy, and Business Class. Validity Period

The student flight discount offer is valid for travel for 12 months for Flex and Flex Plus fares. If you are booking trips under Saver fares, it is valid for six months.

If you have to make date changes, you get to make free date changes for Flex and Flex Plus fares. For those on Saver fares, there is a $50 fee to change the date. Additional charges apply if a no-show or cancellation occurs
