Our warranty will cover the product against defect and malfunction until such a time that it has been used and worn beyond reasonable repair. Any personal contents in the organizer are not included in the warranty.
If you would like to return you product, please contact us at [email protected], we will then give you an address to return the product and will send you a new one upon receipt of the warrantied item.
Cleaning Tip: Do not machine wash your travel organizers – a little soap and water should do the trick. Always make sure they are clean and dry before storing.
